Returning to work after mat leave! how do I get back up to speed? (Uk)

I’m currently on mat leave and have about 4 months left before I return. I’ll have been off for a full year so I’m nervous about my return..

I work at a tech startup and my CEO is very focused on using AI to optimise how we work day to dag.

I’ve been really worried that I’m getting less smart being away for so long so I want to use the next few months to prepare so I can come back feeling confident and useful

Does anyone have advice on how to do that? Are there any AI courses, tools that I can look into? (I’m in the UK)

Dropped to 2 naps + removed dream feed… now 7mo wakes at midnight

Baby is 7m and 1 week old. We dropped to 2 naps (90 min each) a couple weeks ago as he was refusing the last nap and having early wakes. New Schedule is 2/2.5/4.5. Bedtime has always been 7pm and he’s up at 7am.

He was sleeping through the night with one dream feed at 22:00 (which we’ve been gradually reducing by 30ml) and finally stopped it 5 days ago.

Issue: Baby is now waking up around midnight. He doesn’t stay long awake but needs assistance to go back to sleep (soother and shush and pat) is this a split night? How can we fix it?

Might he be overtired?
