I’m 6’4” and am slowly building up some gear to play at live shows. I’m excited to play, but I’m dreading the long hours standing if I have to hunch down to my gear on a simple folding table. For the sake of my lumbar, any advice or recommended gear?
I’m slowly building up some analog synths for some house music, recently picked up a TD-3 for some acid beats along with a RD-6. I’m planning on grabbing a Pro Vs Mini for leads and chords with my MIDI controller, and I should be set for a basic setup. I had looked at the different Pocket Operators just for fun little additions for extra sounds and samples, is there one that could work well with the setup I have?
I’ve been experimenting with this smoker on maintaining a stable temperature. I’ve tried everything from adjusting the air intake, cleaning out the firebox, sealing and adding gaskets around the lids, changing charcoals, and getting bigger chimneys and still I can’t maintain a stable 250 for long periods of time. Any advice or suggestions?
So I read and have a basic understanding of what the different scale patterns function does on the RD-6. What I’m trying to figure out is how people are using it for their beats (ex: set scale to option 4, slow down tempo slightly, accent on the X note/beat). Any visual cues or breakdowns can really be a useful guide. What have you used before?
