Hello! We have a off market section 8 occupied single family deals in saginaw county MI. The lease was just signed and tenant is set to move in on the 9th of May. The section 8 program pays 100% of the rent and the rent is $1k per month. The house was also just Rehabbed and passed section 8 inspection obviously.
