Got the price negotiable to 700CAD (500USD)

Description:

Scott scale 29er large.
The bike is in great shape (typical scratches)
Tuned up and ready to ride.
2x10 shimano gearing with new rear xt derailer.
Fox front fork with remote lock out.
Front tire is tubeless rear has a tube.
The bike is mechanically well taken care of.

Is it worth it or am I overpaying?
