CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X

GPU: Radeon RX 9070 XT

I have been experiencing intermittent micro-freezing (<1 second) on a new Ubuntu installation. I noticed something was spiking the CPU during those times, and this is what I found with journalctl

workqueue: dm_handle_vmin_vmax_update [amdgpu] hogged CPU for >10000us 35 times, consider switching to WQ_UNBOUND

This message comes up every time the micro-freeze happens, once around 30 seconds or so. It's extremely noticeable when moving the mouse pointer around. How could I troubleshoot this problem further?
