about to turn 30..

And I'm getting burned out of working in a warehouse, I make a lot of money (30/hr, up to 45/hr when I perform over 100 percent) and while I know that's not always everything, I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of the warehouse field and getting into trades, would that even be a good decision for someone reaching my age? I'm trying to think of what I want to be doing when I'm older and putting cases on the pallets in a below freezing setting isn't fulfilling anymore. I take a lot of pride in my work, and It's always "how much higher can you pull" with my management, and its getting old.

Furthermore, I'm wondering if anyone had insights or similar situations where they went from warehousing to trades, I'm in the New England area if that helps at all, and thanks!

Lost on what to wear as a freezer selector

So a little backstory I’ve been in the freezer for almost a year and I went from rocking bibs and all the layers, but I’ve gone between bibs and thin multiple layers but I can’t find the right middle ground to avoid sweating or being too cold

So I’m wondering if there’s suggestions for what you guys wear because I’ve truly tried it all, thank you guys!
