Hi, so I'm starting a business (not really, just wanna sell some stuff I make because of my hobby, so I can keep making stuff), and I'm set up except for a review system. I'm not going through a site like Etsy, instead going through Kofi—which doesn't have reviews to my knowledge—or just letting people message me on various socials, which sounds super sketchy, so I feel the need to set up some form of review system, so people know I'm not a scam. How would you go about setting something like this up?

The only idea that I have currently is a Google form you get access to when your package arrives, and setting up a place to view the testimonies left there, but I feel there might be a better way to do it, that I just can't think of.
