Starlink 100mbps, temporary drops and buffering

Hello!

I've had starlink for about 3 weeks. I have the 100mbps plan, which came with the standard 4 kit with the router mini. Everything seems good, no obstructions, speed tests are good, 100mbps is plenty for us. But our devices keep dropping connection temporarily, usually under 30 seconds, but multiple times a day. And videos are buffering. The app is not showing any "events" related to these.

We previously had Xplore 5G 100mbps internet and even when that was much slower we still weren't getting these drops and buffering so often. I had originally chalked it up to it must be how it is, but I talked to a couple neighbors who have starlink and they are not experiencing these issues.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot when the app already tells me everything is good and as it should be. I am assuming the issue may be with the mini router/wifi itself as I had some hesitation about it covering the whole house (it's a longer narrow house), but it's still happening when I'm a few feet away from the router so it doesn't seem to be related to being near the outside of the wifi range.

I'm a total newbie and not particularly tech savvy. I've tried searching on my own, but it seems a lot of the equipment names have changed recently, and our router-mini seems to previously have only been used as an extender but it is our only router, and there isn't a lot of information on this kit and service I have to reference to yet?

I have 2 xplore routers, and 2 xplore extenders they didn't want back. I'm not sure if these can be used? Or are they locked to xplore only?

Are these temporary drops/buffering to be expected or should starlink be better?

I mean, hopefully for less than $111 is it now? 🙈

Very (im)patiently waiting. 😬

Missing the days I could shop across the border a little more simply.

Hello!

Wondering if anyone has any leads on clinics or somewhere someone might go to get refills for ADHD medications?

A friend of mine is diagnosed and was prescribed medication (that they'd been on for years now), by their family doctor who as since passed away. They have tried multiple options in the meantime, including mental health services, outpatients, and maple but have not been able to get their very needed medication.

Are there any clinics that they could try to get into for some semi-regular care so they could get back on their medication? I know years ago when I did that have a family doctor there was a clinic at the regional that I went to, to get other medications that needed to be monitored by a doctor. I'm not sure if it exists anymore but I do know I had to be referred to it.

Anyone in the know or could point me in the right direction for resources?
