I'm getting a PS3 Slim and will CFW it, to play COD BO2 and MW2 Online, do I need to own both original CD's or can I download the games from the jailbroken PS Stores?

Bought a CECH-2004B to jb

Hello, 2 days ago I bought a PS3 Slim CECH-2004B on Vinted for around 45€ to CFW it when it arrives.
Have I made a good choice?
And is it possible to have any problem if eventually the console software is updated to the latest version or something like that?
