Hello! I’m going to be administering a new local horror book club (in affiliation with a local bookstore) in my area and am brainstorming what our first book should be.

Do y’all have suggestions that might motivate people to come and participate?

I was thinking something recent would probably be best, to pique people’s interest and to allow the store to stock copies easily.
