Devil dino probably has a simple kit
He only has 4 abilities (teamup anchor excluded) that are most likely:
-the fire breath that we can see in his introduction animation, probably useful to deal with long ranges/poke
-a leap type ability to get in backlines like Zhiyong said
-a bubble like shield to be allowed to exist in neutral (the icon has a little moon symbol in it)
-and a bite that inflicts bleed based on how pointy the fangs of the icon are
