PA with ~6 years of internal medicine/primary care experience here, looking to transition into pharmacovigilance/drug safety roles.

I’ve completed GCP training and have been building relevant skills (case processing basics, regulatory knowledge, etc.).

For those who’ve made a similar move or work in PV—what kind of starting salary range is realistic in the U.S., especially for remote roles?

Also curious how much (if at all) my clinical experience tends to influence compensation.
