Hi

Recently had a reverse cycle aircon installed with unit on roof. My neighbour warned me it was a dodgy job and the installer has since stated that he didn't know conduit etc is supposed to be UV proof. I know I have right to remediation of work, but my question is, how do I find out if the remediation work is ok? How do I find out what is Standards are??

I have been told by mates that there looks like issues with the conduit, bracket, wooden mounting, chocking and likely silicone sealant.
