Midnight Mojito: In a beer glass
I've done this and posted it here before but I decided to try making it in a beer glass this time and it honestly looks pretty nice in one. I would suggest cutting the lime half into 4-5 slices so you can scoop then out from the bottom easier. And maybe stir a one or two times after adding the cola to get it mixed better.

Ingredients:
* 1 lime. Juice half, cut other half into pieces to muddle
* Handful of mint
* 1/2 Ounche/15ml rich simple syrup
* 2 Ounches/60ml Rum of choice
* Fill with cola of choice
Steps:
* Cut the lime. Juice half, cut other half into pieces to muddle
* Add the handful of mint
* Add simple syrup
* Gently muddle
* Add rum
* Either add ice now and then stir or stir first and then add ice. I personally stirred first
* Fill with cola of choice (Do a few stirs to combine if you wish afterwards)
* Garnish with mint
