AI thinks I can achieve this in about a year. Do you agree?
I recently finished a 4.5 month, 20lb cut. I’ve always been active but mainly cardio - long distance cycling and running. Then, fatherhood hit and I got a little chubby in the first year, combined with very little effective weight training over the years (unstructured at best, injury road blocks, varying motivation. etc). I didn’t like the direction I was heading aesthetically.
Through the cut my primary exercise pivoted to resistance training, now very structured using a weightlifting app. Really happy with the results so far and have remained injury free while lifts have progressed steadily. But it’s time to lean bulk.
Curiosity got the best of me, so I asked AI what I’d look like with +10-15 lbs of muscle in a year or so, and here’s what it came up with. I’d be pretty stoked if I achieved this aesthetic. But it is realistic in that timeframe? Do you all agree that physique is mine plus 10-15lbs of lean mass?

EDIT: Thanks for all the feedback so far, everyone! Your responses have been a mixed bag ranging from I'm undershooting to this is not humanly possible. Its all reminded me there's not really an end goal to shoot for. Its about the process I dedicate myself to. I've had success pursuing other fitness goals, and the first 5 months of this journey have been rewarding so far. Now I'm in my early 30s, so want to have a go at naturally muscle building before its too late (or at least more difficult as time goes on). Cheers
