I truly believe without a doubt, that Baela's second child with Alyn Velaryon, was their son and heir, and that when he came of age, he married his cousin, and the eldest daughter of Rhaena and her Hightower consort.

I do not believe that Baela would not go out of her way to ensure both her and Rhaena's bloodline run through Driftmark, and in turn the blood of their mother Lady Laena Velayon and their grandmother Princess Rhaenys.
