Hello. I've been working on breaking into medical sales, and have been having a hard time with the interview process. For the second time during a "casual" introductory call, I've been told that my drive to be in the industry sounds inauthentic, and my stories do not sound believable. Today I was even told that my responses sound like they were read off AI. Honestly I have nobody to help me become a better interviewee and have formulated some interview answers with the help of AI to talk about my experiences, and the skill that they taught me that relates to the position.

I do fear talking about my past in a way that may disqualify myself. Now I feel that I have a good degree and accomplishments to sell myself, and have been all in on personal growth for years now.

So how AM I supposed to talk about myself in a way that highlights my strengths, desires, and motivations in a manner that sounds natural and emotionally captivating?

I do fear talking about my past in a way that may disqualify myself, used to be afraid of failure and unmotivated so I had a period in my early 20's where I stayed at the same position for a while. Now I feel that I have a good degree and accomplishments to sell myself, and have been all in on personal growth for years now.

So how AM I supposed to talk about myself in a way that highlights my strengths, desires, and motivations in a manner that sounds natural and emotionally captivating?
