Just recently hit plat this season learning how to jungle, I have about 500 hours in the game. I mainly play Diana and shyvana. Any tips for climbing plat? Games feel a lot harder as I climb up and I feel that soon I won't be able to climb anymore. What are the key things to focus on? Any tips are appreciated!

This is my first season playing league with ranked unlocked, (had played about a year ago till like level 20). I started with adc till about silver but swapped to jungle. I dropped to bronze while learning but picked up Diana, and have been pretty much otp all the way to gold. I have around 470~ hours, mainly solo queue, and this is my first rank season. Platinums next!
