I am 1 week away from starting my 5th month (currently on 60 mg/day). Since I started Month 3, I keep getting the impression that my skin has finally healed and I will no longer get acne. Then, after 2 weeks of clear skin, I get 1 or 2 new cysts.

I have been in this exact "whack-a-mole" cycle for almost 2 months now, and it is mentally draining me, especially after spending all that money.

I am supposed to stop after Month 6 when I hit my cumulative dosage, but I am terrified I will have to do more months, or worse, that it might not work at all :/ (For context, my routine is super gentle: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and LRP Toleriane).

Did anyone else deal with this late in their course? Please tell me it gets better.

I am going to Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing. I wanted to know if there is any good VPN for these places at the moment. Previous posts that I have seen have been contradictory and I couldn’t make any decision. It will be my first time in China. Thank you for your advice!

I never (or very rarely) had heartburn before starting Accutane, but it’s become very noticeable in the past few weeks (currently on 60 mg). Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to treat it?
