HSGQ GPON ONU SFP - Prometheus collector + dashboard updated

Just shipped v1.0 of my Prometheus exporter for the HSGQ (Realtek RTL960x) GPON SFP. Talks to the stick over SSH and parses Realtek's diag and omcicli output, so it survives the vendor's /stats.asp reshuffles. ~75 metrics: optical readouts, ONU state, all 7 alarms, FEC/BIP/PLOAM/BWMAP/GEM/Ethernet counters, plus exporter self-health.
Verified on firmware V1.0-220923 (M110 SFU). QUIRKS.md has the omci_app wedge story and other oddities worth knowing.
