Hello, a friend of mine registered a business way back 2024 pero it only ran for several months and after that nag-stop. The thing was, wasn't aware of the BIR taxes/payment since first time lang din siya nag-register ng business noon and no one told my friend about it. Nalaman lang din nung may nagsabi and nakita niya yung email sa spam messages. Wala din siyang income doon sa business simula nung nag stop.

Can you help us po, ideas on what to do first?

Possible payment/penalties

If walang income from the business for several months, may bearing or bawas penalties?
