Would it be beneficial to retake statistics?
I've had a rough start to my college experience due to undiagnosed ADHD, but not that I'm diagnosed and taking meds, my grades are finally going up. During my first few semesters, I had two courses that I failed and planned on retaking; they weren't anything important to my major, but they are still within a required credit and hurting my GPA.
In addition to these two courses, I didn't do my best in statistics this semester. While I managed to catch up and get a passing grade in my other three courses, statistics was much harder to catch up on. Right now, my highest possible grade will likely be a C, but there is the possibility that I end up with a D in this class.
I know a C is an acceptable grade, but I feel I missed out on a lot this semester. I've also always loved math, so I feel a bit bummed to be getting such a low grade in a subject I one excelled in. I am about halfway through community college, so this is NOT my last chance to take a statistics course, but I want to do better and increase my chances of getting into grad school.
I will definitely retake this class if I get a D, but would it possibly be worth retaking even if I end up with a C?
