Sarcoma and Hemothorax

My dog who is between 6-8 years old (don’t her exact age since I adopted her) was just diagnosed with sarcoma because she was in a critical condition. The tumor was on her rib and fractured one of the rib bones because of which she started bleeding internally and had hemothorax. CT scan showed she had pulmonary nodules in her lungs as well. The vet said they would require surgery to remove the mass at her rib cage to stop the bleeding. Without that she will not survive. And if we go with surgery, since there are pulmonary nodules in lungs, she won’t survive more than 2-3 months. I have no idea, this all happened in two days and I am still unable to process this.
I wanted to go for surgery so that I can spoil her and love her as much as I can before it becomes problematic in lungs, but the surgery itself would be difficult. Don’t know if I should get the surgery done at this point. Can anyone tell how many months they had when they found pulmonary nodules in lungs? Should surgery be an option if she is gonna succumb to that in the next 2-3 months, half of which will be in pain med from the surgery recovery. The surgery would require removing 3 of her ribs.
