Olympic Lifting —> CF
I started out in 2018 doing CrossFit, but for the last 5 years I’ve only done Olympic lifting. Ballooned out to about 240 at 5’9”. Strongest I’ve ever been but I want to get back to running DU’s ring muscle ups etc. Anyone else done this before and what’s the best way to kind of ease back into it? I’ve tried a few times and I revert back to old training ways and I kinda destroy myself and feel like crap. Also get down on myself pretty hard because my capacity is nonexistent. We’ll get there but damn, I’m washed
