I've been solo queuing all this season, and last last season. It is a rough and miserable experience. Why are my teammates subjected to being absolutely stomped, and I'm required to pick up the slack while still losing RS for a large majority of the games. I'm not saying my team is bad; I just genuinely feel bad half the time for these guys. Why am I required to grind all the way from silver, back to platinum in solo queue, and get punished the whole season to get there? Shouldn't I get some refund on skill if I'm playing well, regardless of a loss? Also, any suggestions on where to find people to play with. I know the discord is a general go to, but everyone there tends only do plat and above, or silver and below from what I see.
