Where do I go to apply for a Frontier Hall dorm for my summer KLC program? When I go to the link provided on the website for dorm application procedure I am unable to login.

If my proposed plan was to study abroad for 12 weeks, what is the likelihood that I can change my plan and get it approved for a 10 week program that I want to switch to. (I am a STEM major so I would still qualify for the 8-11 week award).
