I have an second round interview at a big tech company on Monday. They're going to have me whiteboard SQL, Python, and data viz. I'm very comfortable and confident with SQL and Python, but data viz is a skill I've not had to spend much time with in my career. I can certainly do basic/standard visualizations and am somewhat familiar with some of the more unique graph types. Transforming data for visualization is also not an issue.
I don't know the exact questions or concepts I'll be interviewed on, but I suspect I be given a data problem to solve with SQL/Python, and then asked to explain what kind of visual/dashboard Id build for it. The company specifically highlights Looker and Tableau in the job description. I don't necessarily need courses on those platforms, but rather the core concepts of data viz.
I would be super thankful for any guides, videos, or courses that could get me up to speed and at least give me a stronger foundation with which to speak on the subject. I know I can just search on the Internet, but I figured I'd ask the experts for their recommendations!
