I am looking for a 2 BHK furnished or semi-furnished flat in Sushant Lok or DLF area under ₹35k/month. I also have a cloud kitchen which I want to start from there.

My top priorities:

Lift (mandatory)

Safety (clean, safe approach & safe for women)

Bonus if available: Ground floor or easy delivery access, good ventilation/power for kitchen setup, RWA okay with commercial use.

Budget: ₹30-35k. Available for move-in by next month.
