I wanted to give an update of the simple fistulotomy I had on April 15th

Today was my 4th followup, I was scared because they intervened on the 1st and 3rd followup (day 3 & 18) & then it used to hurt for the following day but today they just looked at my wound and said smooth healing

I don't need to go for another followup if there's no new pain or swelling. I still need to take stool softener + ointment + gauze + sitz baths but nothing else

I'm feeling very relieved tbh and hopeful because the last 4 months were hell (abscess happened on 16 January)
