First course and need some input =)



Hello =)

I'm currently on my first cycle and don't really know what to think. I'm open to all kinds of suggestions and opinions.

My goal is to build some muscles and be fit for summer :P

I'm now in my 4th week with testo-e and deca.

I take 500mg teso-e and 300mg deca/week.

Age: 50 years old
Height: 182cm
Weight: 82kg when I started
Fat mass: hard to guess but I'm pretty slim =)

I was thinking of running deca for about 16 weeks and testo for 18 weeks.

Then I was thinking of maybe continuing with testo for a few more weeks (I'm not sure about this) but then only 250mg/week precisely because the deca stays in the body for a long time and shuts down the system while the testo turns the system back on.

How would you set this up and when should I stop testo completely and go on pct, and what pct do you recommend?
