So I’m into plate numbers, and recently I’ve been lining up plates that I’m acquiring for myself to sell for a profit. I was wondering, is it okay if I create a legitimate plate numbers for sale kind of instagram page, to sell my own plate numbers? If I’m operating small scale, (say maybe I’m selling 4 plates a week),

When would I have to get licenses and a trade license from DET? Or would I ever need to? Please let me know, thanks!
