This is the "Breathless" song - it's a joke song for the guy yelling his heart out for the game but let's face it, the chords are great.

I'm a sucker for this kind of chords. It's rich, and has a lot of movement. Rotates through different keys. Almost reminds me of Moonlight Sonata's 1st movement.

I'm looking for more music like this. Tasty chords all around - not to the point of full jazz. More prog-rock oriented, I think?

My favorite artists/bands are Keiichi Okabe, Yoko Shimomura, Dream Theater, Native Construct.
