I am having problem with screen tearing even with vsync on. The game tears horribly when rotating at all and with my FPS capped at 60 on a 60hz monitor. I've gone through the game settings and nvidia control panel. If I turn vsync on in the game or the driver it drops my FPS to 30 no matter what. Is there a fix for this?
