I recently purchased a Supernote Manta and I am absolutely loving the device. I’m not new to e-ink (I’ve tested many), and I’m truly impressed by the writing/drawing feel. I actually enjoy the "limitations" as they help me focus.
While there are a few small software tweaks I’d love to see eventually, I’m not too bothered by those. However, there is one issue that is negatively affecting my experience: quite often, the screen stops responding to touch.
The only way to fix it is to press the power button to sleep/wake it, sometimes needing to repeat the process. Even though the pen still does work, this is becoming quite distracting, especially when I need to navigate documents quickly between meetings.
I’ve already sent a feedback email with the system logs attached, but I wanted to check with the community: is this a known or common issue? I am using the official Half Folio, and I've heard magnets can sometimes interfere with the screen.
Any help or info would be much appreciated!
