Rep recommended Laticrete Spectralock 1 and said it basically performs like epoxy grout without the install headaches.

For a shower floor with a ton of grout joints like this, does Spectralock 1 actually hold up close to true epoxy long term? Or is real epoxy still noticeably better for these applications?

I added some prep pics as well. Note the water proofing on pic 3 wasn’t finished but it’s the closest i have to fully waterproofed.
