I’ve been taking Lexapro (and Prozac briefly) since 2020, and my POTS symptoms have been pretty well managed. Unfortunately, the Lexapro isn’t working as well so I’ve decided to come off of it for a little bit so I can get back on it. It’s only been a few days since I went down from my normal dose of 20mg to 15mg. I can immediately tell a difference. Took a walk today and nearly dropped when I came back inside. Anxious, nauseous, light headed. I feel like crap. Any advice for making these adrenaline dumps stop?
