Just learned amazon is auto generating pickup requests when you start an item return. So if you get a PU request saying "PLEASE KNOCK IF PACKAGE IS NOT AT THE FRONT DOOR" with no package in sight and a customer who has no idea what youre talking about... yeah😮‍💨
