Cat and Kitten seen neer 88th and Washington

I saw a Siamese coat patterned cat and a black kitten close to the Wendy's parking lot on 88th and Washington. People are driving around at night around the area and I'm worried they might get run over or something. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can call at this hour? I didn't get near them as I'm allergic. I drove home and made this post right away. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update: I did some research and it looks like a common option is TNR which is Trap-Neuter-Return. In this process you can trap the cats bring them to get neutered at a vet and release them back into their habitat outside. It looks like most stray cats are fine as long as they're healthy and uninjured. But I also reached out to some cat rescues and left messages(since it's so late) with this info to see if they can help out as well in case my understanding is wrong.
