Wild asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) growing in full sun at a county park on wildlife trail. I may just saute them in a little butter tonight!

I made a wild rice and barley pilaf with fiddleheads dish for supper. Yum!

Ramps, also known as wild leeks (Allium tricoccum), fiddleheads (Matteuccia struthiopteris var. pensylvanica), and wild garlic (Allium vineale) that I foraged today. I was thinking a wild rice, barley, and mushroom pilaf. Any other ideas?
