I booked an international fight, and had to cancel, resulting in Flight credit. Now I'm trying to use that credit to book a domestic flight, but am being told that's not possible. The agent states that the flight using credit must be on another international flight. I don't see that anywhere it the T&C on aa.com. It's about $1300, and I have 3 upcoming domestic trips I'd like to use this credit on. Anyone have any ideas for how to get around this. Super frustrating...

I did search posts about credit, and saw threads on Flight vs. Travel, expiration, etc.. but nothing about international vs. domestic.
