Which version of this thumbnail would you prefer, and why?

I've struggled in the past to try and make decent Fallout 3 Thumbnails. So, I'm trying a different approach once again, to try to make both an eye-catching and simplistic Thumbnail. I'm hoping doing so, will make it easier to attract an audience who enjoys Fallout-based Content.

I'm Going into Anchorage. How difficult should I expect it to be?

I use modded weapons I made for my playthrough, which is on Very Hard, but I'm aware that Anchorage removes your weapons and gives you specific gear. How hard will this be for me exactly?

Should I feel bad for the enemy?

I'm pretty sure I caused a couple people to rage quit too. Sorry!

I never see this tank, like ever. But I heard its Flamethrower is good, but the armor looks like paper.

It's a three-way tie between, the LVT, the Captured M1918A2 Squad, and this.

A couple days ago my Watch Hours changed to reflect what I currently have uploaded, which is below the 3k needed for Member. Will this end up causing me to get rejected even though I set up my Adsense?

I made mistakes early on, when I created this channel 9 months ago. I initially started out doing Honkai: Star Rail content, but it didn't seem like I could find an audience for it. So, I decided to make three Warframe Build Videos - one of them did extremely well, sitting at 57k Views - and around 300ish Subscribers. However, this was not content I wanted to do as the sole focus of my channel, and I had mistakenly believed that those Subscribers were interested in me - not the video. I was wrong.

So, despite not liking the topic and being told by a couple of YouTube subreddits to: "Do it anyway, if the viewers want it". I made another video, using a similar format. It didn't perform to expectations, and those subscribers didn't end up watching it anyway, so I abandoned the content entirely. This did not help me, as I assume the algorithm was trying to push my main content to people who were not interested in it, because of that one video.

So, after a couple more months of 1.5% CTR and 3:20 View Duration hell, I took a couple month break to save myself from burnout and then swapped niches to something more comfortable. This was a terrible idea. As once again, my current subscribers (although maybe out of the 300+, one or two were active) were uninterested and I was forced to find a new audience.

Within that break period, I did manage to refine my packaging a bit. I even constructed a custom intro, and I felt proud of that. Yet somehow my retention still suffered despite my best efforts, and while my CTR has improved - my AVD has been reduced to an average of 1:30 Minutes at most. It's been NINE MONTHS since I've started, and I can't even reach 500 Subscribers to even have the ability to do memberships (Although that's probably a moot point, since most of my subscribers are inactive anyway), let alone hit monetization (doing it before three months would be impossible, unless I had a miracle).

With this in mind, should I just give up? It feels like there's nothing else I can do to salvage my channel.
