Stabilize CTE with 0.25mg OM?

Has anybody had success stabilizing shedding caused by chronic telogen effluvium with a really low dose of Oral minoxidil? The regrowth isn’t so much of a problem as the shedding is. I have baby hairs, but every year (and sometimes twice a year) I have an insane shedding episode from different triggers.

No nutritional triggers. Ever since I got COVID 4 years ago, my hair started being really reactive to random triggers that used to never affect me.

I’ve read a lot of research about OM stopping shedding from CTE, but wanna know if anyone actually has an experience to share.

Pics are just of my regrowth, and then my hair. It may not look too bad from the pic but I used to have twice as much hair before COVID. I’ve shed 5 times in 4 years. It’s getting to the point where I can’t even wear it down much anymore because it’s getting to wispy especially on the sides.

Anybody had success with LLLT monotherapy for CTE?

Hi, I’ve had CTE for 4 years since I had Covid. I have many acute sheds from different triggers that often last 6+ months. The sheds seem to be getting more frequent.

I can’t use topical minoxidil because I have a cat, and I’m extremely sensitive to medication so I fear starting OM (I even have a reaction to magnesium supplements - causes bad headaches).

I’m curious about LLLT and if anybody has had success with it alone?
