Horizon has fallen off, where to now?

Have been with horizon for sometime now and today was the final straw.
I've been having massive sleep issues/insomnia this month so have been trying to find a different night flower than my amethyst just to take a break.
The flower I got given on the 1st of this month isn't cutting it so thought I'd book an appointment.
My main doctors Bay and Wood are great! However are always booked out.
Ive noticed horizon has been adding other doctors on, and so far, every doctor I've booked the last three times has cancelled on me forcing me to chase horizon just to get another appointment.
This has been getting worse over the last few months and today I was gobsmacked. Less than 60G a month, NSW, multiple letters of support and well documented medical history, the doctor after an hour of my scheduled time said "he isn't comfortable touching my file or anything over 30g"....he's new was the excuse.
This doctor was Dr Ali Shareh, I wish I could say this is an isolated case, however, the doctors horizon are adding on are either fearful of the TGA or just can't be bothered to do their jobs. I've also been advised by horizon reception that if you need anything other 60g (some months I go 70g if it's a really bad month) only bay or wood will touch it. Given my limit is currently 60 it's not the end of the world, but will impact others.
Rant over so my question is this, where to now? I've heard of Sirus green, however, they cost an arm and a leg.
Script issuance and agocist prescribing absolutely mandatory, any advice?
