Hello all. A bit of background..
I built my grandpa a desktop a while back because he needed a new pc. I used some of my spare parts and bought the rest that was needed, so nothing is current tech, but he wanted to have windows 11 on it.
I used Rufus to install windows 11 I made it bypass all of windows annoying requirements and it has all worked fine. He's been using it for about a year now. He came to me the other day saying he tried to update the pc and he got an error saying that windows 11 can't update because it's incapable with the Ryzen 5 2400G.
What could have caused this? I haven't gotten to go see it myself to know if that's actually what's happening. Is it possible that windows auto turned on the security checks with an update and now refuses to update?
PC parts:
CPU - Ryzen 5 2400G
Motherboard - gigabyte B450M DS3H
PSU - Corsair CV450 80+ Bronze
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
Storage - Seagate Barracuda 4TB HDD and Samsung Evo NVME 250GB for OS
Thanks in advance!
