Kenji’s NY style pizza recipe but cold ferment 48 hours instead of same day. 550 degrees on a pizza steel for 6-7 minutes. I used too much cheese and wished the top crust browned better. But for my 3rd attempt, I’m happy! May try some diastasic malt powder next time!
