I'm trying to find something to supplement with as my food intake is pretty crap at the moment. Are there any decent UK brand ones that people found didn't worsen their gastritis? (IE easy to digest and not solid bricks etc!)
Hi, I'm going mad trying to replace some ceiling lights which have died. These are the ones that currently work but for some reason when I buy b22d bayonet bulbs online, their soldering is two circles with plastic outline around them and don't work. What type of base or model are the ones I currently have in the ceiling? None of the online shops seem to show their soldering on the bottom so it's been annoying!
