Payroll
We are a C volume store, our labor hours are barely 260 hours. How are you guys scheduling? Are all department managers and store managers supposed to run the store by themselves?
I really don’t get, Replen doesn’t even have hours to cover the replenishment manager, we are closing with only 2 people yet workload is still a lot! Sometimes we’re busy with balloons while someone else wants fabric and custom framing has somebody waiting to get their things framed.
It is just too much, too much for those given labor hours.
How can we deliver a good NPS if we don’t have enough hours to have people available?
We’re falling behind in some Pogs, recovery can’t get done as we would like to, Siso is crap btw.
My SM feels bad for the employees who barely get 1 or 2 days scheduled per week.
I like my job, but it is ridiculously stressful having to deal with these because of payroll and store managers can’t go over payroll because their bonuses depend on that!
