Not sure if this a camallanus worms or another parasite.

So about 2 weeks ago we got a free guppy fry and I put it on a smaller aquarium as it may not survive our bigger tank. It was lively at first but a couple days ago, this fry started to hide and does not eat so much.

Since the other fish came from the same store, should I treat it even though I am not seeing anything on those fish?
