Advice for beginner at PF?

I’m hoping this doesn’t go against any rules to post. I just got a Planet Fitness membership and I finished my second visit today, the first time I went was with a friend but I want to go more on my own. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do aside from just walking on the treadmill like I’ve been doing. I’m not looking to loose weight or anything, I am a fat person but I just want to focus on building stamina and endurance and eventually lifting more. Any advice would be great as I wanna make the most of my membership.
