Hi all,

I am NTU graduate. I got a job from a company in Singapore recently after a long search.

Unfortunately the EP is rejected. HR said the reason was from the company requirements are not fulfilled under MOM. The company is a small startup in space of deep tech. I believe it is because the company not having a great track record to show for.

HR did appeal. Is there any chance for the appeal to turn around the decision?

Appeal takes around 6 weeks to be processed. Just wanna know is the wait worthwhile.
